The freeBILy consortium held its final annual meeting in Barcelona, Spain, from 19-21 September 2022. The main objective of the freeBILy project is to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of two well-researched circulating antigen tests to improve diagnosis in endemic field situations and reduce morbidity due to Schistosoma infections in women and young children. The meeting included presentations from partners, focusing on the work that has been conducted in the past years and included preliminary results where possible.
