BCA-WA-ETHICS II advocacy paper

The BCA-WA-ETHICS II project aims to strengthen and harmonise the ethical review process of health research in West Africa and particularly clinical trials related to COVID-19 and other health emergencies. This project published an advocacy paper to spread awareness about the research ethics violations that have been taking place in the African continent. The paper provides recommendations and practical guidelines on how to implement best practices and take into account the lessons learned from past mistakes.
