Ms Dominika Jajkowicz took up the new position of Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at EDCTP in October 2016. Prior to joining EDCTP, she worked for nearly five years at DSW (Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung) in Brussels, Belgium and Nairobi, Kenya. She supported, conducted and managed monitoring & evaluation and research exercises for DSW’s advocacy and service delivery programmes on Global Health R&D, HIV/AIDS and Maternal, Newborn & Child Health across Africa, Asia and at EU-level.
Between 2009 and 2012 Dominika worked for various non-profit organisations on the development, implementation as well as monitoring & evaluation of programmes, including the Centre for Social Research (New Delhi, India), the Asia-Europe Foundation (Singapore) and the British Council (Brussels, Belgium).
Dominika was born in Poland and has a Master’s in Sociology from Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a focus on quantitative and qualitative research methods.
