TB TRIAGE+: recruitment starts in Lesotho and South Africa

Recruitment for the large-scale community TB TRIAGE+ trial, with 20,000 participants, started in September 2022 in sites in Lesotho and South Africa. The TB TRIAGE + project is assessing whether two tests – an innovative digital chest X-ray analysis system and a simple-to-use blood test – can provide a rapid indication of the likelihood of TB disease.
