Senior Fellowships Plus – 2019

These grants support the further capacity development of African research leaders, including their capacity to mentor junior researchers with an emphasis on hands-on research training linked to clinical trial activities conducted in sub-Saharan Africa. As a key activity, these Senior Fellows train and supervise at least two postgraduate students (PhD and/or Master’s) as well as training and mentoring one early career scientist (Trainee Fellow).
