The theme of this symposium is the role of single low-dose primaquine (SLDPQ) as a tool within a broader strategy to eliminate artemisinin-resistant Plasmodium falciparum in sub-Saharan Africa. The team will present evidence and showcase their current activities to reassure control programmes of the merits of using SLDPQ.
