20 May 2010: International Clinical Trial Day

20 May 2010 is the sixth International Clinical Trials Day. On this day the clinical trial as a means of improving health and wellbeing is cerebrated. This day seeks to raise awareness of the importance of research to health care, and highlights how partnerships between patients and healthcare practitioners are vital to high-quality, relevant research. EDCTP joins the rest of the world to recognise this special day.
